Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on wearmetal.shop. The responsible entity for all orders is Bioseren Medical Solutions Private Limited, operator of the Wear Metal brand. Every Wear Metal piece is inspected by hand before it leaves our workshop. If something is wrong, we fix it.
1. When you can return
You can request a return within seven (7) days of delivery if the piece arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or has a manufacturing defect visible on first use.
2. When you cannot return
We cannot accept returns for change of mind after delivery, damage caused by use, normal signs of wear on the nappa leather cord, or engraved and customised items.
3. How to start a return
Email support@wearmetal.shop within seven days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the piece. We reply within 48 hours with a return authorisation and return instructions.
4. Return shipping
If the piece is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, we cover return shipping. For all other reasons, return shipping is on you.
5. Refund timeline
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we process the refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
6. Replacements
If you’d prefer a replacement instead of a refund, tell us when you request the return. We’ll ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original piece.
